Introducing our Luxury Synthetic Wigs: Our synthetic hair is crafted from premium man-made fibers known as "Futura." Developed in Japan, it replicates the look and feel of natural human hair and boasts greater heat resistance than typical synthetic hair. These fibers are designed to resist tangling and matting. To maintain their smoothness, please brush or comb gently from the ends to the roots, ensuring the fibers stay free of tangles.
- ALL SYNTHETIC LACE WIGS ARE 13*4 THIN AND TRANSPARENT-
These wigs are about 26 inches.
Maintenance -
* Wash after 10-15 installs
* Use a shampoo specifically made for the wig fibers. (Creme of nature moisture and shine argon oil recommended)
* Use a spray conditioner to maintain the softness and silkiness of the hair (Mane and tale spray is recommended) - The spray will help restore the original pattern/style of the wig.
** Air Dry your units on top of a mannequin head **
*If you sleep w/ the wig on please make sure to twist hair and put into a bun using a silk bonnet to ensure the wig stay silky and soft. (Wrapping the wig is okay)
** PREORDER'S ONLY**
-We currently do not have any hair on hand. Once you place an order and payment is received, we will process and place your order with our vendor within the next 2 business days.

RETURNS POLICY
Refund Policy: We do not accept returns of used or altered products, so please make sure that the product is in its original condition, unopened and unused with all tags, labels and packaging intact. - Refunds will only be issued for damaged, or IF YOU’RE NOT COMPLETELY satisfied WITH YOUR PURCHASE - upon return of the item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. - To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team with proof of damage or defect within 7 days of receiving the product. - Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. - Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
ORDER PROCESSING POLICY
- All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, including weekends - excluding holidays. - Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been processed and shipped. - In case of any delays or issues with processing an order, customers will be notified promptly via email or phone.
SHIPPING
Pre Orders: We are excited to offer pre-orders for our upcoming hair collection! This is a great opportunity to reserve your preferred product and ensure that you receive it as soon as it becomes available. Your order will be placed with our manufacturer once you’ve paid and confirmed your order with us. Orders will take ABOUT 2 weeks TO deliver. In most circumstances orders are expected to arrive within a week and a half.
On Hand : If we have your product on hand - we ship out anytime during the week including Saturdays once payment has been processed.
