Pre-Order Basis

Currently, most of our orders operate on a pre-order basis to ensure you receive high-quality products tailored to your needs. Here’s how the process works:

  1. Customer Purchase: Once you place your order and complete payment, we will use your purchase amount to secure your hair from our trusted vendor.
  2. Vendor Processing: If our vendor has the item in stock and ready to ship, it typically takes 3-4 days (including Saturdays) for us to receive your order.
  3. Shipping to You: As soon as we receive your item from the vendor, we will inspect and package it for shipping. Your order will be shipped the following business day.

In-Stock Items

If we have your desired product on hand when you place your order, we will ship it the following business day. In this case, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 days of purchase, depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Pre-Order Items: 7-10 days (1.5 weeks) from order placement to delivery.
  • In-Stock Items: 3-5 days from order placement to delivery.

Order Updates

We will keep you informed at every step of the process:

  • When your order has been placed with the vendor (for pre-orders).
  • When the vendor has shipped your item to us.
  • When we have shipped your item to you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery location.
