Difference between Virgin & Raw?
Raw Hair- Our Raw hair is 100% human hair and is completely unprocessed. It has not undergone any chemical treatment or alterations also, is collected from a single donor ensuring that all cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction. This hair can be bleach up to #613 and dyed to your desired color.  Hair can last up to 5+ years with proper care.

Virgin Hair (most commonly sold by majority hair companies) - Our Virgin Hair is 100% human hair, collected from multiple donors. Some donors may have previously dyed their hair before it was cut and donated. Our virgin hair is free from chemical processing, perms, and harmful treatments. However, our factory uses a steam process to create various textures, such as deep wave and curly. Since, some donors may have previously altered their hair, our virgin hair can be bleached up to #27 and dyed to your desired color.

Double Drawn (DD) Hair - Our company ensures that you'll receive 90% TRUE full-length hair to create your extension; the benefit of this is that you'll have thicker hair from root to tip. Not only that your 3-bundle install will be much fuller you may end up not using a full 3rd bundle. Get ya money worth future C'est La Vie Babes!

MAINTENANCE
*Wash the extensions at least once a week - Use a clarifying shampoo to get rid of styling product or any sort of buildup.
*Then, use a MOSITURIZING shampoo to cleanse and add moisture back into the hair.
*Lastly, for the virgin hair use a moisturizing conditioner to softens your extensions - keeps the hair healthy and long lasting. (Silicone mix is a plus + after conditioning)
*For the raw hair use a collagen conditioner for strengthening and restoration. (Hot oil treatment is a plus +)
*Recommended wash 1 or 2 times a week. Co-wash on both textures is a plus +
-Please AIR-DRY extensions to prevent dryness - If heat is being used, please use a light heat protector to protect your extensions. Too much product weighs the hair down which could result in hair being oily and or less flowy.

Currently, most of our orders operate on a pre-order basis to ensure you receive high-quality products tailored to your needs. Here’s how the process works:

2. Vendor Processing: If our vendor has the item in stock and ready to ship, it typically takes 3-4 days (including Saturdays) for us to receive your order.

3. Shipping to You: As soon as we receive your item from the vendor, we will inspect and package it for shipping. Your order will be shipped the following business day.

In-Stock Items

If we have your desired product on hand when you place your order, we will ship it the following business day. In this case, you can expect to receive your order within 3-5 days of purchase, depending on your location. Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. RETURNS POLICY

Refund Policy: We do not accept returns of used or altered products, so please make sure that the product is in its original condition, unopened and unused with all tags, labels and packaging intact. - Refunds will only be issued for damaged, or IF YOU’RE NOT COMPLETELY satisfied WITH YOUR PURCHASE - upon return of the item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. - To request a refund, customers must contact our customer service team with proof of damage or defect within 7 days of receiving the product. - Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. - Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

SHIPPING

Pre Orders: We are excited to offer pre-orders for our upcoming hair collection! This is a great opportunity to reserve your preferred product and ensure that you receive it as soon as it becomes available. Your order will be placed with our manufacturer once you’ve paid and confirmed your order with us. Orders will take ABOUT 2 weeks TO deliver. In most circumstances orders are expected to arrive within a week and a half.

On Hand : If we have your product on hand - we ship out anytime during the week including Saturdays once payment has been processed.
